Forrester Funeral Home

Approached with a logo project for a nearby funeral home, I was tasked with creating a sophisticated visual identity that reflects the services the company provides for their customers. We started with the research phase, and followed with various sketch and preliminary digital logos designs before the final logo was chosen.

4 Logos that inspired the Forrester Funeral Home Logo
The client was drawn to illustrative logos such as these that depict a building or door. Taking inspiration from this, I drew some sketches inspired from the building of the funeral home itself, as well as some ornaments to accompany it.

The final logo chosen balances the illustration of the building with the ornaments, framing the typography in a square format. The logo is simplified for the horizontal version as needed. The illustration of the building can often be used by itself on print collateral.
